Flu feared by twice as many Estonians as coronavirus

TALLINN - Twice as many people fear catching the flu compared to those who fear contracting the novel coronavirus, it appears from a survey commissioned by the Institute for the Study of Societal Issues and carried out by pollster Norstat. Respondents in the survey were inquired about the perceived threat of the novel coronavirus, and the results indicated that 46 percent deem the influenza more dangerous to themselves and their next of kin than the coronavirus.
