TALLINN - In celebration of the 136th anniversary of the flag of Estonia on Thursday, June 4, all state and local government authorities and legal persons governed by public law are to hoist the Estonian flag to mark the occasion.
Everyone else is also invited to hoist the Estonian flag as the symbol of our state, culture and consciousness, spokespeople for the government said. The tricolor's anniversary will be celebrated in accordance with the restrictions currently in force in Tallinn, Tartu, Otepaa and elsewhere in Estonia.
