Family support reform to be implemented starting from 2022 - Karins

RIGA - Starting from 2022, family support reform will be implemented, said Prime Minister Krisjanis Karins (New Unity) after the government meeting today. The prime minister said that the government today adopted the 2021 budget framework, earmarking additional financing from medics' and teachers' wages, reduction of social contribution by 1 percent, and increasing non-taxable minimum income. Karins also underscored that the government decided to start family support reform in 2022. Legislative acts will be adopted until March...
