VILNIUS – The three Baltic countries have signed an agreement on cooperation in their Family Card programs, the Social Security and Labor Ministry said on Friday.

Lithuania's Seimos Kortele (Family Card) for large families and those who have children with disabilies, Latvia's 3+ Gimenes Karte and Estonia's Perekaart will be valid in any of the three countries, it said in a press release.

"Today, the biggest challenges are faced by large families or families with children with disabilities. I believe that the Family Card provides more opportunities for these families and I am glad that the card is going beyond Lithuania and expanding to the other Baltic countries," said Social Security and Labor Minister Monika Navickiene.

The Lithuanian card provides eligible families with access to a range of discounts and special offers from the program's partners.
