Extra 32.6 mln euros to be granted for Latvian government’s priorities in 2017

An additional 32.6 million euros will be granted for the government’s priorities and the ministries will get 31.6 million euros extra financing in 2017, the Latvian Finance Ministry said. The Cabinet of Ministers today reviewed the Finance Ministry’s report about the results of the revision of public expenditure. The economic effect from the revision carried out in co-operation with the ministries is additional 64.2 million euros found in their budgets for use in 2017 and another 62.2 million euros that could be used in 2018.
