Its Board of Trustees involves incumbent and former heads of state and government, EC leaders and European commissioners, former EC Vice President Joaquin Almunia, the EU's Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier, ex-Swedish Prime Minister Carlas Bildtas, ex-Estonia President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, ex-NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer etc.
