Ex-banker Baranauskas to seek compensation from Lithuania for Snoras nationalisation

VILNIUS - Lithuanian businessman Raimondas Baranauskas will seek compensation from the state for the nationalisation of Snoras Bank, he revealed in an interview publicised today. "Of course, I want to restore what had been taken from me," he told the daily newspaper Lietuvos Rytas. "Antonov has requested 557 million euros for his 68 per cent bank shares.
