TALLINN - The shopping center operator Citycon is of the opinion that the Estonian retail market is oversaturated, the business daily Aripaev says.
“The Estonian market is far oversaturated! I really don’t know what the developers of new shopping malls want to achieve or how they expect to differ from those already established on the market,” Citycon’s head Marcel Kokkeel told the paper in an interview.
