“I believe in dialogue with Russia but not in bringing Russia back to partnerships and the table after it had broken international law and its own promises,” Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid said at the Lennart Meri Conference in Tallinn on May 19.
"After Georgia, three months, after Ukraine, five years. The West drops everything we bite quickly and never picks it up again," Kaljulaid said in the closing session of the conference regarding the message that members of the Council of Europe are sending to Russia with their decision on May 17.
