TALLINN - Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid spoke to presidents of Slovakia, Portugal, Romania and Bulgaria on Wednesday.

"All agree we must stick together, which also means practical measures -- such as keeping trade routes open, including for commodities and medical supplies, and the European Union must be more forceful in providing this," Kaljulaid said on social media.

According to the head of state, countries have a lot to learn from each other, but they also need to be prepared to help one another. "I suppose this is applicable in both private life and international relations," Kaljulaid added.
