Estonian president: E-governance is effectively e-administration

The task of government in the digital age is to develop services for the people, and e-governance is increasingly becoming just e-administration as a result, Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves said in his opening remarks at the Tallinn e-Governance Conference on Monday, May 30.
