While the opposition Reform Party continues to dominate party ratings in Estonia, Estonian Conservative People's Party (EKRE) has seen its rating decline somewhat of late, it appears from a survey commissioned by the Institute for the Study of Societal Issues and carried out by pollster Norstat and announced on July 16.
