Estonian minister: Coronavirus app due to be ready next week

TALLINN - A mobile app telling people whether they have come into contact with a  person who has tested positive for coronavirus is expected to be ready next week, Estonia's Minister of Social Affairs Tanel Kiik told reporters on Wednesday.
