The government here on Thursday endorsed a legislative amendment that would facilitate the stay in Estonia of aliens who are making a contribution to the country's economic environment.
The bill would facilitate the procedure of application for a visa and a fixed-term residence permit for aliens active in a startup business and the procedure of hiring a foreign specialist by a startup.
