The Estonian Hospitals' Association supports a proposal by the Competition Authority to permit hospital pharmacies to import all pharmaceuticals. "We have discussed [the proposal] with the management board of the Hospitals' Association and decided it is a good initiative. According to our assessment, it would increase the flexibility of the pharmaceutical market and it would undoubtedly serve our patients' interests," chairman of the association Urmas Sule said.
