TALLINN - Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Urmas Reinsalu said that the end of the Brexit transition period on Jan. 1, 2021, entails a number of changes that do not depend on the ongoing negotiations between the European Union and the United Kingdom over future relations.  "There will definitely be changes in travel, trade and ordering of parcels.
