Estonian Foreign Ministry's workforce has declined since 2011

The number of employees at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been decreasing for the past five years, according to data published by the ministry. While in 2011 the number of ministry staff members was 644, next year it fell to 630 and by 2015 it had declined further to 615 people. The exact same number of people worked in the ministry in 2003, a year before Estonia joined the EU and NATO.
