In 2015, cinema admissions in Estonia totalled 3.1 million visits, an increase of 19 percent in comparison to the previous year.
The figures were made available at the International Union of Cinemas (UNIC) show.
The increase puts Estonia second after Portugal in the European Union in terms of cinema growth attendance in 2015.
The 3.1 million admissions resulted in national box-office takings of 15.6 million euros; 22.3 percent more than in 2014, and second only to Finland.
