TALLINN - The recently elected chairman of Estonia's Centre Party, Juri Ratas, told Vikerraadio that all three coalition parties have contacted the Centre Party with co-operation offers.
Ratas disclosed that he had not expected such a considerable increase in interest in the Centre Party even before the Centre Party congress on Nov. 5. "Such coalition fluctuations or cracks start inside the coalition, not outside it," Ratas told the Uudis+ radio show today.
