An appellate court in Tallinn has ruled that Anastassia Kovalenko must retract in the digital archive of the University of Tartu and in five different editions and formats of the daily Aripaev the claims concerning the industrial group BLRT made by her in her master's thesis.
Specifically, Kovalenko must retract the claim alleging that the annual report of BLRT for 2012 was incorrect and invalid, the Tallinn Circuit Court ruled.
