TALLINN – Estonia will in the early hours of Sunday switch to winter time by setting the clocks one hour backward at 4 a.m.
With setting the clocks back and transitioning to winter time Estonia will return to standard time. All other European Union member states will switch to winter time as in the interest of the joint functioning of the internal market, there is a uniform date and time for the end and beginning of European Summer Time in the European Union.
European Summer Time starts again at 3 a.m. on the last Sunday of March when the clocks will be set one hour forward.
