TALLINN – The Estonian Center for Defense Investment has announced a public procurement for the purchase of sniper rifles for an estimated 10 million euros.
The aim of the procurement is to award a framework contract to a single tenderer for the acquisition and life-cycle management of sniper rifles, their accessories and spare parts, including needs-based upgrades and training, the contract notice says.
The deadline of submissions is the morning of Jan. 10. The contract will be concluded for seven years.
