Estonia says Russia unwilling to ease tensions with NATO

According to Marko Mihkelson - the head of the Estonian parliament’s National Defence Committee - the Russian Air Force’s behaviour in the Baltic Sea last week are a sign that Moscow is unwilling to ease tensions in its relations with NATO.  Mikhelson’s comments come just says before the first NATO-Russia conference since June 2014.
