TALLINN - The Vapiano chain of restaurants, owned by the leading Baltic entertainment company Apollo Group, is expanding to the Latvian market and will open its first restaurant in the state at the Origo shopping mall in Riga on Dec. 15.
While the restaurant will first only sell food to go, dine-in service is to be made available next year, according to Vapiano.
The Vapiano restaurant will cover an area of 517 square meters on two floors in the Origo shopping mall.
