Estonia's Hepsor to invest EUR 13 million in luxurious residential project

Estonian real estate developer Hepsor will invest around 13 million euros in a new residential project, Kuldigas Parks, in the Agenskalns neighborhood of Riga. The project consists of two seven-story apartment houses. The buildings that will meet A-class energy efficiency standards will house 116 two-, three- and four-room apartments.
