Having announced in the very beginning of March the launching of free public transport, Luxemburg is shining in the international limelight, but, well, it could be, thus, unfairly stealing Tallinn’s thunder. The Estonian capital introduced country-wide free rides on local buses from July 1, 2018. Furthermore: the free public transport scheme was lauded as the largest in the world.
