TALLINN – The Estonian government on Thursday approved the Defense Investment Center becoming the main contracting authority in the area of government of the Ministry of Defense.
The Defense Investment Center (RKIK) is to start operating at the start of next year. It is an institution which is to be managed by the Defense Ministry, and which is to support the ministry, the defense forces as well as other institutions in the area of government with carrying out tenders and managing real estate, spokespeople for the government said.
