A ceremony was held in Tondiloo Park in the Tallinn city district of Lasnamae on February 15, the 31st anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, to remember the soldiers from Estonia killed during the Soviet military campaign in Afghanistan.
