Estonia hoping to expand presence in Central Europe, Western Balkans with Budapest embassy

The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 23 officially reopened Estonia's embassy in Budapest, which should help strengthen Estonia's presence in Central Europe and in the Western Balkans. "Every new representation abroad is an example of Estonia's strengthening foreign service.
