Estonia announces EUR 2.2 mln tender for tourism promotion in 2024-2026

TALLINN – The Estonian Business and Innovation Agency has announced a public procurement for the promotion of Estonian tourism and tourism business marketing for 2024-2026; the estimated cost of the procurement is 2.2 million euros.

The procurement is divided into nine parts by country, with communication targeted at business clients and end consumers to be procured in the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Japan, according to the procurement notice.

Marketing to businesses in foreign markets, or business marketing, must introduce Estonia as a tourist destination to professionals in order to broaden the offering of Estonian businesses and destinations in their packages. Promotion targeted at the end consumer must showcase Estonia as a tourist destination through marketing, communication, public relations, advertising, visibility and sales promotion activities.

The cost of all parts of the framework contract, 2.2 million euros, includes all activities, including the organization of events, the rental of workshops, participation fees for contact events, cooperation with tour operators, cooperation with the media and influencers and, if necessary, their fees, communication activities and other activities and services necessary to achieve the objective.

The final date for tenders is March 25.
