TALLINN - In a video meeting on Friday, Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas and his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal signed an agreement on technological and financial cooperation between Estonia and Ukraine guaranteeing tax exemption to technological Estonian-Ukrainian cooperation projects in Ukraine.
"The Ukrainian premier's visit to Estonia, initially scheduled to be carried out in November, has been postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus. Our relations also need to be developed during a pandemic, however," Ratas said.
