TALLINN - Speaking at Sunday's meeting of the council of the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union (IRL), chairman Margus Tsahkna proposed moving forward under a new name, Isamaa (Fatherland).
Tsahkna suggested making changes to the party at its next congress, which would include the name change.
