Estonia: Tallinn's health committee in favour of alcohol sale restrictions

The City of Tallinn's permanent committee on health at a committee meeting supported the city's planned proposals to restrict the sale and availability of alcohol in order to help reduce the alcohol consumption and health damage of residents.
