Estonia, Russia agree on reassignment of defense attaches

Estonia and Russia have agreed about both reassigning to the other country their defense attaches following mutual expulsion of attaches in March this year, when Estonia expelled the Russian defense attache as part of the international response to the Salisbury nerve agent attack and Russia responded with a tit-for-tat gesture.
