Estonia: Helmes says is injured party in PERH inquiry, PERH CEO resigns

The inquiry into the actions of managers of the North Estonia Medical Centre (PERH), including CEO Tonis Allik, who announced his resignation on Wednesday, is in addition to the episodes mentioned in the media earlier examining the damage caused to the IT company Helmes, the manager of Helmes told BNS.
