Estonia: Court finds Pentus, Roode guilty in Autorollo case

The Harju county court on Thursday decided that the accused in the criminal case which has become commonly known as the Autorollo case, Vaino Pentus and Siim Roode, are guilty in all the criminal episodes of which they are accused. Pentus was found guilty in causing insolvency, violation of the obligation to maintain accounts, use of a counterfeited document, and embezzlement, and he was handed down a conditional jail sentence of two years with a three-year probation.
