RB Rail, the joint venture of the three Baltic countries overseeing the construction of the Rail Baltic railway, signed on April 23 a contract with the design, engineering and project management consultancy Atkins for the latter to carry out study on infrastructure management for the Rail Baltic project, while the cost of the contract is 389,500 euros.
WS Atkins Plc is a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group and deals with design, engineering and project management consultancy. In total, four applicants submitted their proposals for the open competition, RB Rail said.
