Developer Energiasalv, that hopes to start the construction of a pumped storage hydropower plant in Paldiski in 2019, has brought in the energy, metal industry and property development holding Alexela Group as a strategic partner, the Estonian daily Postimees reported.
Energiasalv initially planned to set up the plant at Muuga, east of Tallinn, but as the planning process there was not successful, the northwestern town of Paldiski was selected as the new location.
