The average price per square metre of apartments in Tallinn in April 2016 was 1,588 euros, 1.8 per cent higher than the year before, it appears from statistics of the Estonian Land Board.
The number of transactions with Tallinn apartments concluded during the month was 754, down from 801 in April 2015. The aggregate value of such transactions was 67.2 million euros, 3.7 per cent less than in 2015.
