TALLINN – OU Mersok, company of Tallink's large shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board Enn Pant whose management board members include Tallink supervisory board member Eve Pant, bought almost a million euros' worth of shares in Tallink Grupp on Friday.
OU Mersok bought on Friday 2,110 shares in Tallink Grupp at 0.978 euros apiece, a million shares at 0.98 euros apiece and a further 17,890 shares at 0.978 euros apiece.
In total, the company acquired 1,020,000 shares at a weighted average price of 0.98 euros per share.&...
