EKRE announces list of candidates for 2019 parlament elections

TALLINN – The Estonian Conservative People's Party (EKRE) on Saturday endorsed the party's lists of candidates for the March 3, 2019 general elections, public broadcaster ERR reports.

In the first electoral district consisting of the Haabersti, North Tallinn and Kristiine districts of Tallinn, the party's top candidate is Urmas Espenberg, followed by Urmas Reitelmann and Argo Luude.

EKRE's top candidate in the city center, Lasnamae and Pirita districts of the capital is Leo Kunnas, followed on the list by Endel Oja and Mait Talu.

According to ERR, top candidates in the Mustame and Nomme district of Tallinn are Martin Helme, Kadri Vilba and Wesse Allik.

In the largest electoral district, that is Harju and Rapla counties, where most parties have set up their top players as candidates, EKRE's number one candidate is Henn Polluaas, followed by Siim Pohlak and Rene Kokk.

The party's top candidate in Hiiu, Laane and Saare counties is Helle-Moonika Helme, while EKRE's number one in West-Viru County is Anti Poolamets, Kersti Kracht leads the party's ticket in East-Viru County and the top candidate in Jarva and Viljandi counties is Jaak Madison.

Tartu County's top candidate had not yet been decided but first place on the list was now given to Peeter Erntis, followed by Raivo Poldaru.

EKRE's top candidate in the city of Tartu is Jaak Valge, while Uno Kaskpeit leads the ticket in Voru, Valga and Polva counties.

Chairman of the party Mart Helme will run as the top candidate in Parnu County.
