Lithuania's draft budgetary plan for 2020 has been ruled by the European Commission to be compliant with the Stability and Growth Pact, Lithuania's Finance Ministry said on November 22. The European Commission projects balanced budgets for Lithuania in 2019 and 2020. And Lithuania's Finance Minister expects a headline budget surplus of 0.1 per cent of GDP in 2019 and 0.2 per cent in 2020.
