DIGMATIX Expands into Central Europe with the Acquisition of Czech and Romanian Technology Companies

DIGMATIX, the Latvian technology company formerly known as Digital Mind, has acquired two leading Microsoft Business Applications partners in Central Europe: Czech CRM specialist LLP CRM and Romanian Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner ELIAN SOLUTIONS. The transactions make DIGMATIX the sole shareholder of both companies and mark the company's expansion into the Czech and Romanian markets, significantly strengthening its Microsoft Business Applications capabilities across Central and Northern Europe.

Over the past several years, DIGMATIX has pursued a focused regional growth strategy through acquisitions across the Baltics, Poland and Croatia, building one of the broadest Microsoft technology portfolios in the region. The addition of LLP CRM and ELIAN SOLUTIONS represents the next step in that strategy, strengthening the group's expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, sales automation, customer service and AI-powered business solutions.

Following completion of both acquisitions, DIGMATIX will employ more than 530 professionals across eight European countries, serving more than 1,000 customers in 45 countries worldwide. In 2025, the group generated €41.8 million in revenue, while EBITDA increased to €5.1 million.*

ELIAN SOLUTIONS is one of Romania's leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners, employing more than 80 specialists and having successfully delivered over 250 projects across Europe and the United States. In 2025, the company reported revenue exceeding €6.2 million and EBITDA of €0.69 million.

LLP CRM is among Central Europe's most experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement partners. Its team of 25 specialists has delivered more than 120 CRM projects over the past decade across a wide range of industries. The company's customer portfolio includes international brands such as Scania, Škoda, Foxconn, Skanska, Konica Minolta, UNIQA and DPD.

The acquisitions were financed through an investment by DIGMATIX's majority shareholder, Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners, together with financing provided by SEB Bank. Oaklins Baltics served as financial adviser for both deals.
