Dia 36.line, the newest day restaurant of the popular chef Lauris Aleksejevs, has opened at Verde, the greenest office complex in Riga. It is open on all weekdays from 11:00 to 16:00, which makes it the most convenient place for business lunch not only for the staff of Verde tenants but also everybody else from the neighbourhoods of Skanste and Quiet Centre.
The new business lunch restaurant is 537 m2 large and located on the lobby level, or floor 0, of Verde’s building A. It has been designed in keeping with the overall Verde architectural style - bright spaces combined with natural earth-toned furniture and, of course, plenty of houseplants to give the restaurant a special "urban jungle" atmosphere.
The menu is designed to allow to enjoy and taste a wide range of dishes, both home-style and world cuisine recipes. Each day, the restaurant offers a new menu with 5 main courses (meat, fish), 3 side dishes (vegetables, cereals.), 2 soups of the day (one of them vegetarian), a salad bar and a dessert of the day. There are also set lunch menus and a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks - delicious coffee, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
Iveta Lāce, Commercial Director and Member of the Board of Verde, says: “At the new Dia 36.line restaurant, there is a great opportunity to eat delicious and healthy food prepared under the supervision of none other than the great chef Lauris Aleksejevs, in a high-end interior, but at democratic prices. Lauris himself now is in the restaurant every day - making sure everything is in line with the newly created 36.line daily restaurant concept, as well as serving the food himself to customers to hear their feedback and wishes first hand. There is no doubt that Dia 36.line will become not only a favourite lunch and business meeting place for Verde employees, but also for other residents of Riga.”
Dia 36.line also provides catering services at the Verde Conference Centre, offering a special menu. This gives tenants of the conference centre the opportunity to book and schedule coffee breaks, lunches and dinners for their clients and employees. In addition, corporate events, receptions, banquets and presentations can be arranged at the restaurant.
As previously reported, Verde is the first project implemented by Capitalica Asset Management in Latvia, which invested more than EUR 65 million in the development of the project. The general contractor of the project is Capitalica Industries LV, while the exclusive leasing and management partner is Colliers, the leading real estate agency in Latvia. To date, such companies as Swisscom, Decta, KPMG in Latvia, Swetch, Merito Group, Workland, Enefit, VIA SMS Group, Tietoevry, Dia 36.line restaurant and the Mollto cafe have become tenants of the office complex.
