Debenhams, the long-awaited store of British brands, opened its doors in the entertainment and shopping centre T1 Mall of Tallinn on Friday, 8 November.

Founded in Great Britain, Debenhams provides a broad range of clothing for men, women and children as well as home goods, accessories and underwear.

“Our store features a unique blend of luxury British designer products and Debenhams’s own brands. The range of brand products is constantly expanding, and one of these certainly worth mentioning is, for example, Designers at Debenhams, under which we sell stylish luxury goods created by world-famous designers for the international market at affordable prices. There are also such recently added brands as Quiz, Studio 8 and M&Co, which will bring the newest fashion trends to our customers,” said Ivars Plaudis-Lasmanis, the brand manager at Debenhams. “There is something for any taste, age or occasion.”

Ivars Plaudis-Lasmanisi adds that the location of T1 Mall of Tallinn is very good for the store. “Having studied the Estonian market for five years now, we know that our customers value a good transport connection to the city centre as well as the fact that Tallinn Airport is nearby, and there will be the joint terminal of Rail Baltica in the future. What also ensures customer loyalty in addition to accessibility is a diverse selection of brands and quality leisure opportunities in a spacious mall which is well-designed from the architectural point of view and is one of its kind in the Baltic States,” Ivars Plaudis-Lasmanis said.

Allan Remmelkoor,  the head of T1 Mall of Tallinn, notes that a year has passed since the mall was opened, and it has been a year of searching for the balance point as to how much entertainment and how much shopping there should be in an entertainment and shopping centre. “I believe our entertainment options have firmly secured us a place on the map of malls of the city. As far as retail trade goes, we have had to work hard and keep doing it. This is why I am especially glad and proud to see Debenhams open and to know that such a famous international brand values T1. We have been waiting for this day, and I think the opening of this store will certainly contribute to expanding and improving the range of goods in the mall.”
