Court investigation of the supermarket collapse in Riga's Zolitude in 2013 has been proceeding successfully, prosecutors on the case told Latvian media. The tragedy occurred five years ago when 54 people died as the roof of a Maxima supermarket collapsed on November 21, 2013, while dozens of people were injured. The prosecutors in the case are Agris Skradailis, Kaspars Cakuls and Jekaterina Kusakova. All three believe that court investigation of the case has been successful since legal proceedings began in earnest in the spring of 2016. ...
