RIGA - The Corruption Prevention Bureau (KNAB) on Tuesday denied that the case files which went missing from the bureau contained classified data, according to an announcement on the bureau’s website.
The bureau commented that a more detailed explanation will not be given at present, since the internal investigation commission has not finished its probe into the incident.
As reported, several documents disappeared from the KNAB this past September.
It was originally reported that these files contained classified information.
