In April this year, investing more than 12 million EUR, the Estonian real estate developer “Hepsor” has started an active construction phase of the new project “Mārupes Dārzs” in Mārupe, at Lielā iela 45. The real estate developer “Hepsor” has been operating in Latvia since the end of 2017 and in partnership with the construction company “Mitt & Perlebach” has already implemented several high-quality apartment buildings in Riga.

In “Mārupes Dārzs” a lot of effort has been put to reduce the energy consumption and lower the utility bills for the residents.  The building has very good insulation and apartments have ventilation systems with heating recovery. The project has achieved a Class A energy efficiency certificate.

Martti Krass, Member of the Board of Hepsor Latvia, comments: “We see the potential for Mārupes district and the strong interest from the client's side to choose their home in this area, therefore we are excited to start the construction works in the new project “Mārupes Dārzs”. We have chosen very thoughtful solutions to ensure A level of energy efficiency. We are thankful and appreciate our successful cooperation with RUUME architects making the living area inspiring for the new residents.”

"Mārupes Dārzs" is situated close to the center of Riga and pursuers of an active and green lifestyle will enjoy using the "Green Bicycle Path of the River Mārupīte". There are also well-located public transport stops in Kantora Street and convenient access by car.

The project offers 92 well-planned, modern two-, three- and four-room apartments with balconies or terraces on the ground floors. Already 22 of the apartments have pre-sale agreements and 8 are reserved for potential buyers. The apartments are sold with high-quality finish materials. In addition, it is possible to purchase above-ground parking spaces and heated storage rooms, there will also be bicycle storage sheds and bicycle stands in the territory, as well as lockable and heated storage rooms for strollers and prams on the ground floors. The partially closed territory will have CCTV surveillance and a remote-controlled barrier. Energy-efficient LED lights will illuminate the area and there will also be engineering infrastructure for charging electric cars in the territory.

For the convenience of residents, the territory will be landscaped and greened, there will be a children's playground, a recreational and active sports area for different age groups and a well-equipped picnic area in the inner courtyard. It is planned to complete the new project "Mārupes Dārzs" in the second quarter of 2023.
