Colliers acquires commercial real estate consultancy company Solid Real Advisors in Lithuania

The acquisition will strengthen Colliers’ position in Lithuania and support company growth plans as a leading commercial consultancy firm in the Baltic region

December 15, 2021: The new addition will be immediately rebranded as Colliers and will be fully integrated into the strategically growing business with new managing director Aurimas Astramskas who will also become Colliers’ partner.

Solid Real Advisors is locally based commercial real estate consultancy firm providing high quality advisory services for leasing and transactions in key commercial segments. Solid Real Advisors has especially strong expertise and leading advisory services position in retail market. Years of practice in Vilnius key street retail areas, international retail chain expansions across different cities in Lithuania and shopping centre management.
