The car belonging to the brother of Inga Kolegova, the candidate for the State Revenue Service’s general director, has been detained at Latvia’s border, announced Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis (Greens/Farmers) in a press conference yesterday.
Kucinskis declined to provide additional details. His spokesman Andrejs Vaivars clarified following the press conference that the car had been detained by a structural unit of the State Revenue Service. Kolegova’s brother himself had not been detained.
